Pinky and Brain are genetically enhanced laboratory mice who reside in a cage in the Acme Labs research facility. Brain is self-centered and scheming; Pinky is good-natured but feebleminded. In each episode, Brain devises a new plan to take over the world, which ultimately ends in failure, usually due to Pinky's idiocy, the impossibility of Brain's plan, Brain's own arrogance, or just circumstances beyond their control.

The Brain designs a mesmerizing doll, Noodle Noggin, and plans to have Santa Claus deliver one to every house so he can make people do his every command through mind control.

The popular animated characters Pinky and the Brain continue to concoct schemes to rule the world while hiding out in the suburbs where they live with Elmyra, a hyperactive tot of Tiny Toon Adventures fame.

The Brain's letter writing scheme is stolen by a brilliant but evil laboratory hamster named Snowball. He tries everything, but The Brain can't stop Snowball from taking over the world, which leaves poor Pinky stuck as the mouse in the middle. Then can Pinky and The Brain learn to live like wild animals, or will they lose their survival struggle in the great outdoors?
